How to get there

PPA Presents: The Double Trouble Reed Company

Join us for a fun concert that will leave you smiling and your toes tapping!

The Double Trouble Reed Company is Dr. Paul Mori & Malachi Bryson on bassoons, with surprise guest appearances by local musicians.

Back by popular demand! The question we asked back in March of 2023 is no longer valid: "When's the last time you went to a concert that featured a bassoon? How about TWO bassoons?" Now we're asking: "When is the last time you went to a concert featuring not one, two or three bassoons, but FOUR bassoons?" And, there's more! What if one of them happens to be a contrabassoon, with a range so low that it will rattle your rib cage?

We promise that Peter Bunn and the Sorcerer's Apprentice will be perfectly delightful alongside selection from the standard repertoire. And how could be resist a tun or two from the Emerald Isle in honor of St Patrick's Day?

Tickets will also be available at the door. Students 18 and under are FREE! Support the arts, bring a friend, and get ready for a fun evening!
